Welcome once again fellow Cribbers, this week has been even crazier in a way. Since the overflooding of the memecoin presale meta slowed down a bit, we saw a big influx of race based memecoins popping off enlarge. But that wasn’t the end of it.

Dexscreener, Birdeye under heat

After a few Jew themed memecoins started popping off, Dexscreener and Birdeye both issued statements against the meta and said they will now scrutinise further token listings/displaying on their platform. But this move quickly backfired as everyone started asking them why they were silent when other racist memecoins were heating up, but acted up on it the moment a few Jewish memes rolled out.

SEC waging campaign against Ethereum; Blackrock says Bitcoin still number 1 priority for their clients

Another big news this week was the revelation of an investigation summon to Ethereum Foundation by some US Govt agency, which was scrapped from repositories some weeks ago but took the attention of the masses recently when it was deleted from there. It is expected that it was Gary Gensler’s SEC behind all this. We will cover the story as it unfolds.

On the other hand, Blackrock says Bitcoin is overwhelmingly their client’s number 1 priority and is expected to stay that way for a long time. Blackrock also deposited 100M USDC on the Ethereum network in line with their digital asset fund which saw many crypto people sending absurd coins and NFTs to their wallet with one user sending the “Blackcocks.eth” ENS to their wallet.

Fidelity adds staking to their ETH ETF application; Japan’s Pension Fund Explores Crypto

Fidelity revised their ETH ETF application and added staking to it, however experts still expect a rejection of the ETH ETF at this point and the recent revelations of investigations also state the same. However, Japan’s $1.5T pension fund is said to be exploring diversification into crypto which is another sign of a flourishing market.
